The situation reportedly began back in 2012. A trailer was reported stolen then. On a recent Wednesday, authorities filed charges against the man in question, saying he stole property and was in possession of stolen property exceeding $1,000 in value. He is currently being held in jail on a $20,000 bond.

Investigators allegedly viewed surveillance videos that helped identify the man as a suspect.
